Welcome to Cranleigh School's new online shop.
School Uniform and Sportswear
Important Notice - Wednesday 14 April 2021
As per the Government’s guidance Step 2, Non-essential retail businesses have reopened on Monday 12 April.
The shop will be open from 9.00am-5.00pm (closed from 11.55am-12.25pm) Monday to Friday. (Currently closed on Saturdays).
We still have everyone’s well-being in mind and therefore we have implemented some updated procedures:
Parents & Staff Members:
- are able to visit the shop but we would be grateful if all visitors could phone beforehand to arrange a mutually convenient time, so that we only allow one customer at a time.
- The School Shop will continue to operate click-and-collect (where goods are pre-ordered and collected without entering the premises) and delivery services.
- The Online Shop will continue to be available to parents who wish to place any top-ups for uniform/sportswear orders. Please allow 7-10 working days for your order to be processed. Deliveries are sent by Signed For Royal Mail.
- Staff stationary orders – Please email your requirements to and the shop will deliver any requests/orders to staff pigeon holes. Alternatively you can pop up to the shop and are welcome to enter if there are no other customers within the venue.
Pupils: Unfortunately we are unable to manage pupil visits to the shop. For the time being please could all pupils continue to request any items/requirements through their house matrons, who will coordinate the order on their behalf.
Thank you for your continued support, patience and understanding.
The School Shop
Online Shop - General Information
Parents are able to purchase top up items for pupils at both the Prep School and the Senior School and request the items to be delivered either via tracked post, directly to their child through the boarding houses when pupils are on site, or collect at the Senior School Reception between 9.30am-2.00pm Monday-Friday.
Summer Fitting Season
In compliance with Government restrictions concerning the spread of COVID-19, the School Shop will be operating a different system this summer for full fittings and top-up items. We will be focusing on appointments for new pupils starting this Michaelmas Term, so that we limit the number of people in a shared and confined space. Visiting the shop will not be possible without a booked appointment.
Our online shop offers a large range of uniform and sportswear and will hopefully meet all your child's needs and requirements. Some bespoke clothing items are not available to purchase online eg blazers, skirts, tunics, dresses as these require a fitting by our experienced and helpful staff. Please contact the School Shop on 01483 542102 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and an appointment will be made on your behalf. The School Shop page on both school websites sets out the arrangements for these fittings as it is not possible to arrive without an appointment. We will be using best practice regarding social distancing and hygiene and we ask that parents follow this list of procedures https://www.cranleigh.org/information/school-shop or www.cranprep.org/information/school-shop
Full fittings for new pupils starting at Cranleigh are not available online as this is a personal service and therefore any appointments must be made in advance. Further information for new pupils are detailed on the school website: https://www.cranleigh.org/information/school-shop/
Thank you for your kind understanding in these challenging times. We hope you enjoy the new online uniform service and if you have any problems or queries then please do contact us on 01483 542102 or email email@example.com.
1865 Merchandise Collection
In September 1865 Cranleigh opened its doors to pupils for the first time. To celebrate the School's 150th anniversary we have designed a commemorative range of merchandise and gifts featuring the anniversary logo, along with scenes and words from the history of Cranleigh. The range includes cufflinks, pens, leather-bound notebooks and umbrellas, all available to browse, select and purchase online.
All profits from the sale of these items will go to the Foundation, to support a Cranleigh education for Foundation pupils.
We hope you enjoy the 1865 Collection. Please click here to take you directly to this section.
